It can reach 3 ft to 4 ft tall in under 60 days and tolerates mild flooding, making it suitable for diverse planting environments. Once mature, it produces seed heads that provide a reliable food source for various wildlife species. Plant when soil temperatures reach at least 65 degrees for proper germination.
