The Shadow Systems DR920P is a full-size 9mm pistol with a 10-round capacity, featuring a built-in compensator that is integrated directly into the barrel. Unlike traditional threaded designs, this compensator doesn’t require threading, making the DR920P compliant with laws in areas where threaded barrels are restricted. Designed for both performance and convenience, the DR920P’s slide and compensator are machined to appear as one solid piece. The compensator can be quickly removed using a unique, tool-free pin system, eliminating the need for set screws or friction-based attachments. The front sight is mounted on top of the compensator itself, helping shooters maintain faster target tracking between shots. Like other Shadow Systems models, the DR920P includes a highly textured polymer frame with interchangeable backstraps for personalized point-of-aim adjustment, an extended beavertail, and a recoil control ledge for better handling. It comes equipped with a flat-faced, drop-safe trigger with a 4.5 to 5 lb pull and a crisp reset. The match-grade, spiral-fluted barrel enhances accuracy and durability. The slide on the DR920P is part of the Elite series, offering forward and rear directional serrations, a window cut to reduce weight, and a patented optic cut system compatible with most major red dot optics—no adapter plates required. It also fits Gen 4 Glock 34 holsters and includes a green tritium front sight on the compensator with a blacked-out rear sight for high-visibility targeting.
